We had the Menu special with 2
Chincoteague Classic (Lettuce, pico de gallo, cotja, creme fraiche with your choice of chicken, pork, beef or fish) [we chose fish and chicken] then we added
The Maddox (Local cornmeal fried oyster, pickled carrots, daikon, tartar sauce, fresh thai basil) and
The Main Street (Seared and seasoned shrimp, chipotle creme fraiche, green cabbage slaw, guacamole, queso fresco) -- We had 4 totally different taste experiences, and all of them were wonderful. The flavor profiles of each taco were specifically designed and balanced for each protein.
