Pizza for the Mets Game. Ledo Pizza

Fettuccine Bolognese with Goat Cheese
This regional pizza chain was a great find on Chincoteague Island, VA.  We had the 14" HOTLANTA BBQ : Their signature square crust drizzled with Urban Bar-B-Que® Yella sauce, sliced chicken, regular bacon, and jalapeƱos topped with Provolone cheese.  It was amazing.  We also ordered a second pizza and the Fettuccini Bolognese  with goat cheese topping.  All were perfect.  I do not know if they deliver, but if we had ordered over the phone, we might not have made the perfect meal choice.

Great Tacos from a Great Taco Truck : Pico Taqueria

Pico Taqueria6382 Maddox Blvd. Chincoteague, VA 23336

We had the Menu special with 2 Chincoteague Classic  (Lettuce, pico de gallo, cotja, creme fraiche  with your choice of chicken, pork, beef or fish) [we chose fish and chicken]  then we added The Maddox
(Local cornmeal fried oyster, pickled carrots, daikon, tartar sauce, fresh thai basil) and The Main Street (Seared and seasoned shrimp, chipotle creme fraiche, green cabbage slaw, guacamole, queso fresco) -- We had 4 totally different taste experiences, and all of them were wonderful.  The flavor profiles of each taco were specifically designed and balanced for each protein.

Etta's Channel Side Restaurant

Etta's Channel Side Restaurant

This restaurant was recommended to us.  We went with Jim and Jimmie Simon.  They say that sometimes you can see the ponies across the channel - but not tonight.

This is another restaurant that is too dark to read the menu or see what you are actually eating - they must have something against lights, as they did not have the front lights on as we left, so we used our cell phone flashlights.  They noticed and about the time we got to the bottom and they turned them on.
