Venetian Dining Room
Before dinner the Matre D at the Venetian called and spoke to Amy. Amy retold the story and wad offered a bottle of wine to our room. When she mentioned that we were on the beverage package, the offer became chocolate covered strawberries. They were in our room when we came back for the evening.
This was the first dinner aboard ship on the sailing day.
Shrimp cocktail
Confit of beef short rib
Wedge of iceberg with blue cheese
Arugila salad with pear
Lamb chops
Rib eye. Bone in.
The sides: beets, orzo, and garlic mashed potatoes.
Chocolate brownie with chocolate ice cream.
Raspberry creme brulee with mint and white chocolate.
