Spicy local fluke tartare. Marinated cucumber, hijiki, and wasabi tobiko.
Warm roasted mushroom and spinach salad. Preserved cherries, bacon, Gruyere, and truffle dressing.
Roasted pork tenderloin with rosemary. Honey scented root vegetables and black truffle risotto.

Scottish salmon with butternut squash, Brussels sprouts and soba.

Tres leches cake and coconut sorbet.
Molten chocolate cake and peanut butter gelato.
