Chicken Cacciatori at Home

Not as flavorful as the last time we made this. Have to think about how to deepen 
the flavors. 

Cut the breasts into two or three pieces. Dredge in seasoned flour. And brown in olive oil.
Remove the browned chicken, and saute the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic.
Add the white wine, diced tomatoes, oregano, and capers and
Add the chicken back, cover and bake at 325 degrees
After 45 minutes, serve.
