During dinner,  someone made the mistake of asking about our overall dining experience. Amy explained our issues. The man listened intently and took lots of notes. Shortly after he left, the Matre D for the Aqua Restaurant and the dining captain arrived at our table. See below for more.

This is here because it was SO BAD. 

The entrees took an hour. We ordered waffles and Eggs Benedict. Both were cold when they arrived. The waffles were flaccid. The pushed eggs were hard cooked. 
They came the wrong variety of Benedict - I ordered classic and they came with 
salmon and spinach. As we had places to go, we rushed off. Barney filed out a 
comment card, went back and left it. THIS WILL BE REVISITED.
